Aluminum coil packaging and delivery process

1. Carton packaging: Put the small aluminum roll into a carton of appropriate size, fill it with an appropriate amount of buffer material to avoid damage caused by collision and friction, and finally seal the carton.
2. Wooden box packaging: Similar to carton packaging, put the small aluminum roll into a wooden box of appropriate size, fill it with an appropriate amount of buffer material, and seal the box.
3. Pallet packaging: Place the small aluminum roll on the pallet, fix it in place, and then wrap it with transparent plastic film to protect the goods from dust or dirt.
4. Paper tube sleeve packaging: roll the small aluminum roll into a cylindrical shape and wrap it in a paper tube sleeve to avoid bending or damage.

Aluminum foil packaging and delivery process

1. Single-layer packaging: Place the aluminum roll in a plastic bag or bubble film, and then put it into a carton or wooden box for packaging.
2. Stacked packaging: Put multiple aluminum rolls together, isolate them with bubble wrap, and then place them in wooden boxes or pallets, which saves space and is more flexible.
3. Outer packaging: Outer packaging will improve the pressure resistance and moisture resistance of aluminum coils. Commonly used outer packaging methods include: wooden boxes, pallets or plastic films.
